Let's Make Some Korean-Style Breakfast!

I am not from Korea, but I love Korean food so much! Korean food is very popular in Taiwan. In addition to being often influenced by Korean dramas, when watching I think the food always looks so delicious! That's why you can see many Korean-style dishes on my channel.

My favorite breakfast style is white rice paired with many kinds of dishes that all look very exciting on the table! Especially in cold weather - a bowl of hot soup for breakfast always makes me feel warm.

The following are my recipes and videos. I have not made the kimchi yet. With the price of a Napa cabbage being what it is, I can just buy a big bottle of delicious kimchi without making it, and this has become my excuse so far. Haha!

Cucumber Salad

The taste of Cucumber Salad will vary depending on the region. I only use the ingredients I have at home to prepare. Delicious and easy!

Ingredients:
Slice cucumber into desired size
Add soy sauce, plum syrup, garlic paste, pepper paste or powder, white sesame seeds, white vinegar, and sesame oil
Shake it and done!

You can eat it immediately or chill it in the refrigerator overnight for even better flavor!

JapChae

My easy way to cook Korean Stir-Fried Glass Noodles (JapChae). Normally they fry the ingredients separately, but I was lazy so I did it all at once. You can also add beef and mushrooms, but I didn’t add here. This is one of my home-cooked dishes. You can eat it hot or put it in the refrigerator and eat it cool. Very convenient!

Ingredients:
Olive oil
Onion
Carrot
Peppers
Spinach
Salt
Green onion
Glass noodles
Glass noodle sauce
White Sesame
Sesame oil
